Rajesh Timalsina is an experienced Himalayan guide with over 13 years of guiding experience across the Nepali Himalayas and Tibet. Throughout his career, he has led travelers through some of the most renowned trekking regions, including Annapurna, Manaslu, Everest, and many other remote and culturally rich areas of Nepal.

Having worked for several years as a freelance guide, Rajesh developed strong independence, adaptability, and leadership in challenging mountain environments. He is widely respected for being hardworking, honest, and an excellent team player, qualities that have earned him the trust of clients and colleagues alike.

Rajesh has successfully led the sacred Kailash Manasarovar Yatra for several years and possesses strong knowledge of high-altitude conditions, ensuring safety, comfort, and confidence for every traveler under his care.

Today, Rajesh proudly co-founds Mighty Himalaya Trek & Expedition P. Ltd. alongside two trusted colleagues who share his passion for the mountains and responsible tourism. With more than 25 years of experience working across the Nepali Himalayas and Tibet, Saroj Nepal has guided travelers from every corner of the world through majestic mountains, ancient cities, and the rich cultural heritage that define Nepal. He is highly experienced in high-altitude expeditions and has successfully led the sacred Holy Kailash Manasarovar Yatra, earning deep respect from pilgrims and adventurers alike.

His journey began humbly as a trekking and cultural guide, leading adventures along the country’s most iconic routes and UNESCO World Heritage Sites—from the sacred streets of Kathmandu to the serene trails of Everest, Annapurna, and far beyond. Over the years, these paths shaped not only his professional expertise, but also his deep respect for Nepal’s land, traditions, and people.

Known among travelers as honest, reliable, and intrepid, Saroj truly embodies the spirit of Nepali hospitality and adventure. His extensive knowledge of terrain, culture, and history—combined with genuine care for every guest—transforms each journey into a personal, meaningful, and unforgettable experience.

Today, Saroj proudly leads Mighty Himalaya Trek & Expedition Pvt. Ltd., a company he founded with two trusted colleagues who share his passion for authentic travel and responsible tourism. Sukuman Tamang

Sukuman Tamang is a seasoned Himalayan professional, born and raised in Nagarkot, a beautiful hill town near Kathmandu renowned for its breathtaking views of the Himalayan Mountain ranges. Growing up surrounded by the mountains shaped his deep respect for nature, people, and hard work—values that continue to guide his life and career.

With over 20 years of experience working as a chef in Nepal’s Everest region and in Tibet, Sukuman has spent decades serving travelers, climbers, and expedition teams from around the world. His journey through some of the most remote and demanding landscapes has taught him discipline, resilience, and the importance of teamwork. Known for his honesty, dedication, and strong team spirit, he has earned the trust and respect of colleagues and clients alike.

Today, driven by a lifelong connection to the Himalayas and a passion for sharing their beauty and culture, Sukuman is taking the next step in his journey. Together with his close colleague, he is proud to establish Mighty Himalaya Trek and Expedition P. Ltd.—a company built on experience, integrity, and genuine care for every traveler. His goal is simple: to offer authentic, safe, and memorable Himalayan adventures while creating meaningful connections between people, culture, and mountains.
